<p>The training of students in a higher educational institution is characterized by high physical and psychological stress, especially during the examination session, which leads to the need to find effective ways to restore students' performance after physical stress. The purpose of the study was to study the role of mobile applications in recovery from physical activity and assess the prospects for introducing neurostimulation into the practice of physical education of students. The study confirmed the relevance of the problem of recovery after physical activity among students during exams: although only 25% note pain, applications are not used at all, and interest in tDCS is moderate (44.4% readiness). The prospect of implementing tDCS is assessed as promising, especially when combined with applications.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>студенты</kwd><kwd>нейростимуляция</kwd><kwd>мобильные приложения</kwd><kwd>физические нагрузки</kwd><kwd>восстановление</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>students</kwd><kwd>neurostimulation</kwd><kwd>mobile apps</kwd><kwd>exercise</kwd><kwd>recovery</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[1] Biddle Stuart Physical activity and mental health: evidence is growing / Stuart Biddle // World Psychiatry. – 2016. – № 15(2). – P. 176-177. – URL: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27265709/ (дата обращения: 05.10.2025).</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref2"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[2] Kim, S. tDCS for muscle recovery in athletes / S. Kim, J. Park, L. Brown [et al.] // Journal of Neuroengineering. – 2025. – Vol. 12, No. 1. – P. 45-52.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref3"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[3] Лубышева, Л. И. Физическая культура студентов : учебное пособие / Л. И. Лубышева. – Москва : Спорт, 2021. – 145 с.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref4"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[4] Park, J. Digital recovery tools in student population / J. Park // Korean Journal of Sports Medicine. – 2024. – Vol. 8, No. 2. – P. 5-10.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref5"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[5] RecoverFast App : [мобильное приложение] / разработчик RecoverTech Inc. – Версия 2.5.1. – 2025. – Режим доступа: https://recoverfast.app. (дата обращения: 05.10.2025).</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref6"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="en">[1] Biddle Stuart Physical activity and mental health: evidence is growing / Stuart Biddle // World Psychiatry. – 2016. – № 15(2). – P. 176-177. - URL: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27265709/ (access date: 05.10.2025).</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref7"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="en">[2] Kim, S. tDCS for muscle recovery in athletes / S. Kim, J. Park, L. Brown [et al.] // Journal of Neuroengineering. – 2025. – Vol. 12, No. 1. – P. 45-52.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref8"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="en">[3] Lubysheva, L. I. Physical culture of students: textbook/L. I. Lubysheva. - Moscow: Sport, 2021. - 145 s.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref9"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="en">[4] Park, J. Digital recovery tools in student population / J. Park // Korean Journal of Sports Medicine. – 2024. – Vol. 8, No. 2. – P. 5-10.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref10"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="en">[5] RecoverFast App: [mobile app ]/developer RecoverTech Inc. - Version 2.5.1. - 2025. - Access mode: https ://recoverfast.app. (accessed on: 05.10.2025).</mixed-citation></ref></ref-list></back></article>
