<p>The article examines the main types of contracts used in Islamic commercial law, aswell as the specific features of their legal nature, content and conditions of validity. Particular attention is paid to the contract of sale as the basic construction of Islamic commercial circulation. The article analyzes itsindividual varieties, including sale at a reduced price, trust sale, murabahah, tawliyah, wadi‘ah, deferred payment sale, salam and istisna. Special consideration is given to the contract of ijarah, which is applied both in the sphere of services and in lease and leasing relations. The article also examines the contract of hiba, which is close in content to a gift contract, and shows the importance of actual transfer of the thing for recognizing such a contract asvalid. A significant part of the research is devoted to the grounds for termination and invalidation of transactions, including various forms of khiyar related to defects of goods, fraud, breach of contractual terms, impossibility of transDOI: 10.24412/2782-3830-2026-5-287-290 fer and other circumstances. The article concludes that Islamic commercial law is based on a combination of freedom of trade, good faith, prohibition of uncertainty and compliance with religious and legal restrictions aimed at maintaining fairness between the parties to a transaction.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>исламское торговое право</kwd><kwd>договор</kwd><kwd>купля-продажа</kwd><kwd>мурабаха</kwd><kwd>иджара</kwd><kwd>хиба</kwd><kwd>хияр</kwd><kwd>шариат</kwd><kwd>торговая сделка</kwd><kwd>недействительность договора</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Islamic commercial law</kwd><kwd>contract</kwd><kwd>sale</kwd><kwd>murabahah</kwd><kwd>ijarah</kwd><kwd>hiba</kwd><kwd>khiyar</kwd><kwd>Sharia</kwd><kwd>commercial transaction</kwd><kwd>invalidity of contract</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Рахманов Р.
