В статье рассматривается несомненная роль прокурора в участии рассмотрения делсудами по вопросу нарушения законодательства при реализации помощи многодетным семьям. Особенность обращения прокурора в суд с заявлением (иском) определяется конституционным характером защиты прав граждан и охраняемого законом интереса общества (государства).

This article highlights the indispensable role of the prosecutor in the judicial review of cases involving legislative breaches in the delivery of support to large families. The unique aspect of a prosecutor’s recourse to the court with an application (lawsuit) stems from the constitutional imperative to safeguard citizens’ rights and the state’s (society’s) legally protected interests.
