Статья посвящена сравнительному анализу цифровизации нотариальной деятельности в государствах – членах Европейского союза (ЕС-27) с оглядкой на более широ кийевропейский контекст («Европа-48»). Рассматриваются ключевые векторы: внедрение электронных нотариальных актов, удалённой (видеоконференции) аутентификации и удосто верения, использование квалифицированной электронной подписи (QES) и доверительных услуг в соответствии с eIDAS [14], а также влияние судебной практики Суда ЕС и националь ныхсудов. Сформулированы типовые модели регулирования и барьеры гармонизации.

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the digitalization of notarial activities in the member states of the European Union (YeS-27) with an eye on the wider European context (“Europe-48”). Keyvectors are considered: the introduction of electronic notarial acts, remote (videoconference) authentication and certification, the use of qualified electronic signature (QES) and trust services in accordance with eIDAS, aswell as the influence of the judicial practice of the EUCourt of Justice and national courts. Standard regulation models and harmonization barriers are formulated.
