Современный мирнеуклонно движется по пути цифровой трансформации, и финансовый сектор не является исключением. Инновационные технологии, от блокчейна до искусственного интеллекта, кардинально меняют ландшафт финансовых операций, порож даяновые возможности и, одновременно, выводя на первый план рядсущественных вызо вов. В рамках настоящего исследования предпринята попытка всесторонне проанализиро вать основные трансформации, происходящие в сфере финансового контроля, выделить ключевые направления цифровой эволюции этого важнейшего государственного механизма, а также рассмотреть сопутствующие конституционно-правовые риски, которые требуют при стального внимания и упреждающего регулирования.

The modern world is steadily moving towards digital transformation, and the financial sector is noexception. Innovative technologies, from blockchain to artificial intelligence, are radically changing the landscape of financial transactions, creating newopportunities and, at the same time, bringing to the fore a number of significant challenges. Within the framework of this study, an attempt hasbeen made to comprehensively analyze the main transformations taking place in the field of financial control, identify the keydirections of the digital evolution of this important state mechanism, aswell asconsider the associated constitutional and legal risks that require close attention and proactive regulation.
