В статье рассматривается и анализируется влияние современных трендов развития цифровых технологий на традиционное взаимодействие субъектов хозяйствования и органов государственной власти, а также технологическая трансформация такого взаимодействия и масштабирование использования в лоббизме и GRтехнологий BigData, ИИ, электронных правовых сервисов, цифровых каналов связи. Фокус исследования направлен также на правовые пробелы, вытекающие в томчисле из высокой скорости цифровизации отраслей и экономики в целом, и необходимость их устранения. Часть исследования посвящена анализу актуального зарубежного опыта правового регулирования цифрового лоббизма и GR и возможности интеграции эффективных решений в правовую систему Российской Федерации.

The article examines and analyzes the impact of modern trends in the development of digital technologies on the traditional interaction between business entities and government agencies, aswell as the technological transformation of such interaction and the scaling of the use of BigData, AI, electronic legal services, and digital communication channels in lobbying and GR. The study also focuses on the legal gaps that arise due to the rapid digitalization of industries and the economy as a whole, and the need to address them. Part of the study analyzes the current foreign experience in the legal regulation of digital lobbying and GR and the possibility of integrating effective solutions into the legal system of the Russian Federation.
