Статья посвящена комплексному анализу процессуальных гарантий участ ников СВО и членов их семей. Актуальность исследования обусловлена приоритетным харак тером государственной политики в данной сфере, ростом числа гражданских дел с участием указанной категории лиц, наличием правовых пробелов и фрагментарностью норм. Целью работы является выявление имеющихся гражданских процессуальных гарантий судебной за щиты участников СВО и членов их семей в виде особых льгот и особенностей исчисления процессуальных сроков с последующей оценкой и выявлением тенденций развития. Для до стижения цели авторами определены следующие задачи: сформулировать правовую дефини цию «участника СВО» на основе формально-юридического анализа; провести детальный разборимеющихся процессуальных льгот и особенностей исчисления процессуальных сроков; выявить недостатки существующего механизма; разработать предложения по совершенство ванию законодательства. Методологическую основу исследования составили формально-ю ридический метод, метод системного анализа, сравнительно-правовой метод и анализ судеб нойстатистики и правоприменительной практики. Материалами исследования послужили нормы гражданского и гражданского процессуального кодексов, отраслевое федеральное законодательство. Результаты исследования продемонстрировали, что, несмотря на сфор мированный массив гарантий, существующие льготы носят ограниченный характер. Автора мивыявлены проблемы отсутствия механизма квалифицированной юридической помощи в зоне боевых действий, неравномерность региональной поддержки и правовая неопределен ность после завершения СВО. Итогом исследования стали конкретные предложения по со вершенствованию указанных процессуальных гарантий: закрепление возможности продле нияльгот на период реабилитации, расширение категорий уважительных причин для неявки в суд (в рамках наличия посттравматических расстройств), разработка единого федерального стандарта защиты прав данной категории граждан.

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the procedural guarantees for participants in the special military operation and their family members. The relevance of the study is due to the priority nature of state policy in this area, the growing number of civil cases involving this category of individuals, the existence of legal gaps, and the fragmented nature of regulations. The purpose of the study is to identify the existing civil procedural guarantees for the judicial protec tion of participants in the special military operation and their family members in the form of special benefits and peculiarities of calculating procedural deadlines, followed by an assessment and iden tification of development trends. To achieve the goal, the authors have set the following tasks: to formulate the legal definition of a “participant in the special military operation” based on formal legal analysis; to conduct a detailed analysis of the existing procedural benefits and the specifics of calculating procedural deadlines and to develop proposals for improving the legislation. The research methodology includes formal legal analysis, system analysis, comparative legal analysis, and analy sis of judicial statistics and lawenforcement practices. The research materials include the norms of the Civil Code and the Civil Procedure Code, aswell asfederal sectoral legislation. The results of the study demonstrated that, despite the existing array of guarantees, the existing benefits are limited. The authors identified the problems of the lack of a mechanism for qualified legal assistance in the combat zone, the unevenness of regional support, and the legal uncertainty after the end of the special military operation. The study resulted in specific proposals for improving these procedural guarantees: the possibility of extending benefits for the period of rehabilitation, expanding the cate gories of valid reasons for notappearing in court (within the framework of post-traumatic disorders), and developing a unified federal standard for protecting the rights of this category of citizens.
