<p>In the modern world, digital technologies are developing very rapidly and have an impact on almost allareas of human life. The legal system of the Russian Federation is noexception. Digitalization as an objective process cannotonly significantly adjust the structure of legal relations, butalso change the technical component of legal regulation, which determines the relevance of the topic under study. One of the results of technological progress is the emergence of electronic systems based on artificial intelligence and itsactive implementation in various spheres of human life. The purpose of the study is to form scientific knowledge about possible ways to useartificial intelli gence in the fight against corruption. The authors setsuch tasks as: a general analysis of the concepts of using artificial intelligence in combating corruption, their prospects, aswell as an assess ment of the experience of foreign countries. The paper presents a scientific rethink of the problem of the emergence of an electronic footprint, itsimpact on public relations, aswell as the need to accelerate the verification of legal acts for corruption. The article substantiates the use of artificial intelligence as a tool for combating corruption, capable of objectively analyzing large amounts of information, which will significantly save time and increase the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures. At the same time, the authors consider the problems and difficulties that mayarise as a result of the implementation of these concepts, such as: uneven technical development of the coun try’s regions, the issue of the impact of the developer’s work on the program’s activities. Thus, the study expands the traditional understanding of artificial intelligence, demonstrating that its usecanhave a positive impact on the legal system of the Russian Federation.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коррупционные факторы</kwd><kwd>антикоррупционные меры</kwd><kwd>коррупция</kwd><kwd>коррупциогенность</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>цифрови зация</kwd><kwd>цифровой след</kwd><kwd>персональные данные</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>anti-corruption measures</kwd><kwd>corruption</kwd><kwd>corruption</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>digitalization</kwd><kwd>digital footprint</kwd><kwd>personal data</kwd><kwd>corruption factors</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Указ Президента РФ от 02.07.2021 N 400 «О Стратегии национальной безопасности Российской Федерации» // Официальный интер нет-портал правовой информации. – URL: http:// www.pravo.gov.ru (дата обращения: 09.03.2026).</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref2"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Указ Президента РФ от 10.10.2019 N 490 (ред. – URL: http://www.pravo.gov.ru (дата обращения: 09.03.2026).</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref3"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Фоменко М.
