В статье рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования процесса профессиональной подготовки курсантов в образовательных организациях ФСИН России (далее – ООФСИН). Указывается на важность профессиональной компетентности научно-педагогических работников. Акцентируется внимание на значимости обновления методов, приемов, средств и технологий обучения. Отмечается важность применения самых современных методов и приемов деятельности преподавателей при реализации имиинформационной, структурно-систематизирующей, мотивационно-стимулирующей и интерактивной дидактических функций, а также функций закрепления, контроля и самоконтроля знаний курсантов.

The article discusses issues of improving the process of professional training of cadets in educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Penitentiary Service). The importance of the professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers is indicated. Attention is paid to the importance of updating teaching methods, techniques, means and technologies. It is noted the importance of using the most modern methods and techniques of teachers’ activities in their implementation of informational, structural-systematizing, motivational-stimulating and interactive didactic functions, aswell as the functions of consolidation, control and self-control of cadets’ knowledge.
