<p>The article examines the relationship between the institution of property and the category of legal personality in the context of the digitalization of the legal order. Property is consid ered as a form of legally recognized will, while legal personality is interpreted as a volitional capacity expressed in legal form. Through the analysis of the category of recognition as a structural element of the legal order, the study demonstrates howdigital technologies (blockchain, distributed ledgers, cryptographic protocols, and smart contracts) transform the mechanism of legal recognition and, consequently, the very structure of legal personality. The concept of algorithmic recognition is intro duced, and the role of digital identity (cryptographic keys, digital wallets, and identifiers in informa tion systems) in shaping newmodalities of the legal subject is examined. The article substantiates the conclusion that digitalization does notdestroy the institution of property and does noteliminate legal personality, butrather transforms the infrastructure of recognition of legal states within which the will of the subject becomes capable of operating within the legal order.</p>
