В статье анализируются актуальные вопросы прокурорского надзора за правоприменением в сфере защиты интересов несовершеннолетних и молодежи. Приоритетное выделение прокуратурой надзора за защитой прав несовершеннолетних обусловлено задачей строгого контроля исполнения нормативно-правовых актов, регулирующих данные сферы. В предмет надзорной деятельности прокуратуры входит контроль за исполнением нормативных актов, регламентирующих воспитание патриотизма у молодого поколения. Немаловажное значение имеет изучение законодательных норм, на которых базируется патриотическое воспитание молодежи, в томчисле выявление недостатков в действующей нормативной базе. В настоящее время отсутствует единый федеральный закон, который бы прямо регламентировал вопросы патриотического воспитания молодежи. Авторы отмечают, что данный факт подтверждает актуальность анализа нормативных документов, регламентирующих патриотическое воспитание среди молодежи со стороны надзорных органов. Общественные отношения, связанные с соблюдением законодательства в сфере защиты интересов несовершеннолетних и молодежи, патриотического воспитания, невозможны безтеоретического исследования вопросов связанных с исполнением законодательства в данной сфере и вопросов прокурорского реагирования и контроля.

The article analyzes current issues of prosecutorial supervision of lawenforcement in the field of protection of the interests of minors and youth. The Prosecutor’s Office’s priority allocation of supervision over the protection of minors’ rights is due to the task of strict control over the implementation of regulatory legal acts regulating these areas. The subject of the Prosecutor’s Office’s supervisory activities includes monitoring the implementation of regulations governing the education of patriotism among the younger generation. It is of great importance to study the legislative norms on which the patriotic education of young people is based, including the identification of shortcomings in the current regulatory framework. Currently, there is nosingle federal lawthat would directly regulate the issues of patriotic education of young people. The authors note that these facts confirm the relevance of the analysis of regulatory documents regulating patriotic education among young people by the supervisory authorities. Public relations related to compliance with legislation in the field of protection of the interests of minors and youth, and patriotic education are impossible without a theoretical study of issues related to the implementation of legislation in this area and issues of prosecutorial response and control.
