В статье рассматривается эволюция прокурорского надзора в сфере противодействия коррупции, ее переход от карательной к превентивной. Показывается содержа ние и механизм реализации инструментария превентивного антикоррупционного надзора. Авторы рассматривают и анализируют проблемы, возможные пути их решения на данном этапе развития, а также направления оптимизации прокурорского надзора. Авторами исполь зуется комплексный метод, консолидация догматического анализа норм Федерального Зако на «О прокуратуре», Федерального Закона «О противодействии коррупции», регламентов Федеральной налоговой службы, Г енпрокуратуры, а также социология права и анализ данных (изучение статистических данных из открытых источников Г енпрокуратуры, анализ докладов)

The article examines the evolution of prosecutorial supervision in the field of an ti-corruption, itstransition from a punitive to a preventive model. Itdescribes the content and mech anism of the preventive anti-corruption supervision toolkit. The authors consider and analyse prob lems, possible ways of their solution at the present stage of development, aswell asdirections of optimisation of prosecutorial supervision. A comprehensive method is used, combining dogmatic analysis of the norms of the Federal Law “On the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation”, the Federal Law “On Combating Corruption”, regulations of the Federal TaxService of Russia and the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, aswell asmethods of sociology of law and data analysis (study of statistical data from open sources of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, analysis of reports).
