Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию трансформации правовых механизмов, направленных на противодействие распространению социально значимых забо леваний в условиях современных глобальных вызовов. В работе анализируются ключевые факторы, влияющие на эффективность медико-правового контроля: состояние норматив но-правовой базы, механизмы государственного принуждения и уровень правовой грамотно стинаселения. Обосновывается необходимость интеграции превентивных юридических мер и современных медицинских технологий для обеспечения национальной безопасности и за щиты фундаментального права граждан на охрану здоровья. Особое внимание уделяется анализу баланса между общественными интересами и правами личности при реализации ограничительных санитарно-эпидемиологических мер.

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the transformation of legal mechanisms aimed at countering the spread of socially significant diseases in the context of modern global challenges. The paper analyzes keyfactors influencing the effectiveness of medical and legal control: the state of the regulatory framework, mechanisms of state coercion and the level of legal literacy of the population. The necessity of integrating preventive legal measures and modern medical technologies to ensure national security and protect the fundamental right of citizens to health care is substantiated. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the balance between public inter ests and individual rights in the implementation of restrictive sanitary and epidemiological measures.
