<p>The article addresses the problem of the influence of first penitentiary experience on the formation of criminal identity among juvenile convicts. The relevance of the study is determined by the high rate of recidivism among individuals first convicted at this age and the insufficient development of comprehensive pedagogical prevention strategies. The theoretical analysis reveals keysocio-psychological mechanisms of criminal identity formation under conditions of penitentiary isolation. The conclusion substantiates the need for the development of specialized psychocorrectional programs and a system of post-penitentiary support.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>первый пенитенциарный опыт</kwd><kwd>несовершеннолетние осужденные</kwd><kwd>криминальная идентичность</kwd><kwd>социально-психологические механизмы</kwd><kwd>педагогическая профилактика</kwd><kwd>уголовно-исполнительная система</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>criminal identity</kwd><kwd>socio-psychological mechanisms</kwd><kwd>pedagogical prevention</kwd><kwd>penal system</kwd><kwd>first penitentiary experience</kwd><kwd>juvenile convicts</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Москвитина, М.
