В статье исследуется специфика восприятия осуждённых сотрудниками различных отделов и служб исправительных учреждений на выборке из 54 представителей отделов воспитательной работы, отделов режима и надзора, оперативных отделов исправи тельных учреждений различных территориальных органов России, обучавшихся на факульте тепрофессионального обучения и дополнительного профессионального образования Акаде мииФСИН России. Посредством анализа научной литературы, анкетирования, а также математико-статистического метода качественной обработки данных подтверждена гипотеза о различиях в социальной перцепции, обусловленных спецификой профессиональной деятель ности сотрудников различных категорий. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о необхо димости совершенствования перцептивных компетенций сотрудников пенитенциарных учреждений с учетом специфики их профессиональной деятельности.

The article explores the specifics of the perception of convicts by employees of various departments and services of correctional facilities, based on a sample of 54 representatives of the departments of educational work, the departments of regime and supervision, and the oper ational departments of correctional facilities of various territorial bodies of Russia, whostudied at the Faculty of Vocational Training and Additional Professional Education of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. Through the analysis of scientific literature, questionnaires, and the mathematical-statistical method of qualitative data processing, the hypothesis about the differences in social perception due to the specifics of the professional activities of employees of various cate gories wasconfirmed. The results obtained indicate the need to improve the perceptual competen cies of employees in penitentiary institutions, taking into account the specifics of their professional activities.
