В статье рассматривается международная деятельность Тувинского государственного университета (ТувГУ) – единственного высшего учебного заведения Республики Тыва в контексте интеграции в международное образовательное и научное пространство. Анализируется нормативно-правовая база, регулирующая международное сотрудничество в сфере образования и науки. Особое внимание уделяется локальным нормативным актам ТувГУ, регламентирующим международную деятельность: Уставу ТувГУ, Стратегии интернационализации, положениям об академической мобильности, работе иностранными студентами и другими документами. Выделены ключевые направления международного сотрудничества ТувГУ. Цель статьи – обобщить опыт ТувГу по выстраиванию эффективной системы международного сотрудничества в условиях глобализации образования и изменения геополитической обстановки, а также показать вклад регионального вуза в реализацию государственной политики Российской Федерации в сфере международного образовательного и научного взаимодействия.

The article examines the international activities of Tuva State University (TuvSU), the only higher education institution in the Republic of Tuva, in the context of integration into the international educational and scientific space. The article analyzes the legal framework governing international cooperation in the field of education and science. Special attention is paid to the local regulations of TuvSU governing international activities, such as the TuvSU Charter, the Internationalization Strategy, regulations on academic mobility, the work of international students, and other documents. The article highlights the keyareas of international cooperation at TuvSU. The purpose of this article is to summarize the experience of Tuva State University in building an effective system of international cooperation in the context of globalization of education and changes in the geopolitical situation, aswell as to show the contribution of a regional university to the implementation of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of international educational and scientific cooperation.
