В результате совместной работы научных и образовательных организаций ФСИН России (далее – организации ФСИН России) впервые в истории уголовно-исполнитель нойсистемы Российской Федерации (далее – УИС) была подготовлена Концепция научного обеспечения деятельности УИС на период до 2030 г. (далее – Концепция), которая была утвер ждена в установленном порядке в августе 2023 г. Одним из пунктов Плана мероприятий по реализации Концепции предусматривалась подготовка в первой декаде 2025 г. Положения о конкурсе организаций ФСИН России на лучшую научно-исследовательскую работу по на правлениям совершенствования деятельности УИС (далее – Положение). В настоящей статье автором представлен краткий обзор основных этапов подготовки данного положения, а так же особенности проведения конкурса.

As a result of the joint work of scientific and educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (hereinafter referred to asFSIN organizations), for the first time in the history of the penal system of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the FSIN), a Concept for Scientific Support of the Activities of the FSIN through 2030 (hereinafter referred to as the Concept) wasprepared. Itwasapproved in accordance with the established procedure in August 2023. One of the points of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept envisaged the preparation in the first tendays of 2025 of a Regulation on the competition of FSIN organizations for the best scientific research work in areas of improving the activities of the FSIN (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation). In this article, the author provides a brief overview of the main stages of the preparation of this Regulation.
