В статье рассматривается вопрос межличностных отношений в среде осужденных. Сотрудникам важно знать основы взаимодействия осужденных в отрядах, для предотвращения нарушений режима содержания, снижение общей напряженности и конфликтов с сотрудниками колонии.

The article considers the issue of interpersonal relations among convicts. It is important for employees to know the basics of interaction between convicts in detachments in order to prevent violations of the detention regime, reduce general tension and conflicts with colony employees.
